We have a large number of Tafes, RTOs Government organisations and corporate trainers delivering AussieHost in-house.

AussieHost History
AussieHost was introduced to Australia by the Inbound Tourism Organisation of Australia (ITOA) in the early 1990s, modelled on the successful Canadian Super Host program established in 1985 and still going strong today. Initially AussieHost provided a solid and practical customer service program aimed at the tourism and hospitality industries. However very quickly AussieHost training found favour with a wider range of service sectors and has since been delivered to businesses of all kinds. An impressive 20,000 businesses of all types have used AussieHost.
Currently owned by the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) and administered by the ARA Retail Institute, AussieHost is managed by KiwiHost under a long term management agreement. The AussieHost management team is based in the ARA offices in Melbourne with marketing, production, R&D and support provided by KiwiHost.
About the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) and ARA Retail Institute
For over 104 years, the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) has been the peak industry body in Australia's $292 billion retail sector which employs over 1.5 million people. As an incorporated employer body under the Workplace Relations Act and with a range of member services including business consulting, policy development, advocacy and education, the ARA promotes and protects over 5000 independent and national retailers throughout Australia.
The ARA Retail Institute provides excellence in retail consulting & education offering the latest in both training and professional development for members and non-members of the Association. Retailer consulting, education and training are available on a broad range of topics, including: merchandising, store operations, marketing, management training, customer service, selling skills, loss prevention and consumer issues.
The ARA Retail Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and offers a range of retail specific accredited programs including Certificate 2 and 3 in Retail Operations, Certificate 3 in Retail Supervision, Certificate 4 in Retail Management and the Diploma of Retail Management. A series of one day Professional Development workshops are also run in conjunction with the Diploma of Retail Management.
